TIMOTHY
MOTTE

MSGT Timothy E. Motte. (Ret.) served his country in the Army and Air National Guard and as Master Trooper with 25 years meritorious service with the Pennsylvania State Police. He worked as a patrol trooper specializing in criminal interdiction and was a first responder to the crash of United Flight 93 in Somerset County on September 11th, 2001.  He was an undercover investigator with the Troop B Vice-Narcotic Unit specializing in street level drug investigations and an undercover investigator with the Bureau of Criminal Investigations as a Task Force Officer with ATF in the Firearms Trafficking Unit. He also served as an undercover investigator with the PSP Bureau of Drug Law Enforcement, South West Strike Force specializing in large scale drug organizations.

 

His military operational specialties were Infantry and Security Forces. Tim served on active duty after the September 11th, 2001 attacks deploying to over 40 countries in support of the Global War on Terror including two combat tours in Iraq, fly away security for US Congressional Delegations, Presidential Advanced Teams, Counter Narcotic missions, and detainee transfers. He currently resides on a 100 acre farm in Hanover Twp, PA and is the Vice President of Gunny's Ridge, an educational farm for veterans and first responders featuring agriculture and animal husbandry.
